我想要把 https://github.com/youchenlee/b0t-hubot 這個 irc bot transfer 到 g0v, 然後開個 hackpad 讓大家提議 bot 要有些什麼功能，大家覺得 ok 嗎？(想作為推坑政大同學的專案之一，因為幫 hubot 寫功能上手很容易)
